Orders are usually shipped within two days if purchased with MasterCard or Visa.

Checks must first clear, which can delay shipping as much as a ten days.

If you cancel 30+ days prior to the event then your tuition will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
If you cancel 29 days or less prior to event then your tuition will be refunded less a $100.00 administration fee.
If you cancel 72 hours or less you will forfeit 50% of your tuition.
If you do not show up for your event you will sacrifice 100% of your tuition.

DVD or VHS Returns:

Damaged videos will be replaced with the same title only, and must be returned within two weeks of receipt with a copy of your receipt. Due to video piracy we cannot make cash refunds and we cannot be responsible for compatibility issues.

Unopened media can be refunded or credited only if received before 30 days of your original purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt.

We cannot be responsible for abused media or compatibility issues. Our videos are formatted for use in the United States and its territories, Japan, Bermuda, and Canada.
