Bonnie Bonadeo
is the President and Founder of The Beauty Agents™ knew on the day she
graduated of beauty school that she had found her passion and purpose in the
beauty industry. Her career legacy began as a salon stylist and has carried
forth that same passion into all her efforts including managing multiple salon
locations, representing product manufacturers (Matrix, Sebastian and ABBA),
managing distribution channels, Director of education for the industry’s
association and most recently producing and directing some of the industry’s
most celebrated events such as NAHA, Beacon, Learning Lounges, Symposium and
International Salon and Spa Expos. “I source the talent and produce the platform for
them to become stars!” says Bonnie.By connecting people to brands, venues and success, Bonnie has found a niche business that foster and promotes the most talented Artist/speakers to be recognized. Through The Beauty Agents™, Artists/speakers gain opportunities to share their passion of teaching and performing in all areas of the industry. Bonnie hold a vision for the future of education as the professional beauty industry will transcend to a broader need and opportunity for talent connecting people- Artists/speakers with manufacturers and associations to the power of beauty.
Bonnie holds a certificate degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurism from the University of Southern California, Irvine and supports her own continuing commitment to education. From her office based in Phoenix, Arizona, her community involvement with nonprofit organizations such as “Look Good Feel Better”, “Cut it out”, “Beauty Changes Lives” and “Sister to Sister” (Heart Awareness Foundation) offers her a personal opportunity to share her skills in beauty to the community. Most importantly, Bonnie is raising her tween son with passion and purpose to become a good spirited and emotionally intelligent leader in the world.

She has over 17 years of experience in event planning, corporate training
programs and the speaking industry.

Bobi
intimately understands what it means to thrive in business during times of
change - she was a senior operations and marketing executive with Maritz
Travel, one of the top meeting planning and incentive travel companies in the
world and furthered her career as an executive with a successful leadership
conference organization, Leadership Network Corporation in Arizona. She
has directed meetings and events in over twenty-five countries including
England, Canada, Hong Kong, China, Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Scotland,
Ireland, Sweden, Greece, Switzerland, France and Italy.
As a certified speaker and trainer in Emotional Intelligence -the new X factor
in leadership and success - Bobi has trained several large and fast-growing
organizations on the skills of emotional intelligence. Through these
breakthrough concepts, she continues to educate and inspire teams ready to move
to the next level of performance. Bobi is certified through the Institute of
Health and Human Potential and in 2004 completed a one-year Enduring High
Performance™ Coaching Program in Emotional Intelligence.
Bobi released her first book, Courage Does Not Always Roar – Ordinary Women with Extraordinary Courage, published by Simple Truths, an on-line inspirational book publisher, in June of 2010. The book is a collection of her experiences and stories of women who have had the courage to overcome very difficult life events. Bobi is a breast cancer survivor and in her book, she shares her tales of courage in the challenging life-roles of wife, entrepreneur, friend, family member and cancer patient.
Bobi holds a B.A. degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. She also attended the Universidad De Las Americas in Puebla, Mexico and Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona where she has been involved in the community with the Multi-Cultural Arts Foundation, Tom Crawford Leadership Children’s Foundation, Campaign Director for two years with the Sister to Sister Heart Awareness Foundation, Heart Ball Committee Member 2008/2009, and has volunteered and currently teaches classes at the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation for over 6 years. She was honored one of “Arizona’s Finest” in 2004 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for her community contributions. She is also a 2008-2009 honoree member of the Cambridge Who’s Who of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs.
